Tami Kocon serves as the Operations Manager at Split Rock Private Trading. She brings a unique and valuable perspective to the financial services industry, transitioning seamlessly after a distinguished 20-year career as a Registered Nurse in the medical field. Most of her nursing experience was in Critical Care, including three years in a leadership role, where she honed exceptional skills in team leadership, operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance and competency.
At Split Rock, Tami is an integral part of nearly every aspect of operations, playing a crucial role in Compliance Operations and the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. Her background in a detail-oriented and client-focused profession translates directly into her commitment to providing the highest quality of customer service, genuinely enjoying every interaction with Split Rock's clients. Outside of her professional life, Tami is an avid golfer and cherishes spending quality lake time with her husband, twin 15-year-old sons Dylan and Gavin, and their two dogs, Bear and Odie.
